Got a response on here but not from their site. Still waiting

0 rating. They keep flagging my review. I don't have the order number as I've deleted the account and emails. I want nothing to do with this company. You all did nothing when I contacted you directly, why claim you want to assist me now? My bank reversed the charges at least.

I purchased a key for an xbox game, which cost over $40, and turned out to be an account, not a key. The game doesn't work after installing it on my system. I contacted the seller who basically called me a liar about the product not working and after a few messages exchanged I asked for a refund within the return policy time limit. They informed me they don't refund purchases and I can try contacting g2a. I emailed g2a, and they put it on the seller to refund as its a marketplace, and they are responsible for the product. They then said the keys actually working aren't guaranteed, but I should try updating my system. I replied the sell went through g2a so they should refund and retrieve the money from the seller on their end, as the product is defective and I'm within the return frame. I do not understand why they think they can allow people to sell defective products and both g2a and the seller keep the buyers money.

I should have received my steam key yesterday, after promising me that I'd get it by the end of February 7 at the latest g2a ignored all my other messages, what's the point of paying a deluxe edition of a game to play earlier if you don't receive the key?
I'm beginning to wonder if I'll get anything at all, I just spent a bunch of money on thin air.

Avoid at all cost, code not received and bad customer service.
Apparently I'm not the only one.

Asked for a refund and no one responded，i bought 40k key on this website feel great, this time i feel this website is a SH IT, when you get problem, there is no one care, whatever is the seller or the G2a. very funny never see you again.

I got the witcher trilogy as a present for new years. The game was the Witcher trilogy. Seller delivered only one key instead of three then stopped responding. Contacted support who are still, a months later dragging the issue. Police report and other documents submited in January. No response outside of ' please wait' until a new represenrative joins and asks questions already answered. Very not serious company. I would not purchase from them again or recommend anyone else to do so!

My son purchased a game and was given a link to a website with a log in to an account which did not work
No access to a refund so we will be reporting company to his bank to investigate further

I am so disgusted in this site!! It's been A month since this site scammed me with a invalid Astro pay key that was not in the right format. I waited 7 days before I could put the claim in then they replied and asked me for proof from Astropay which I provided then they asked for proof of my Astropay account which I Laos provided then they asked me to submit a police report which I have done and every 72 hours they rely asking for the same details. I have reported the site to the FCA also as the seller is still active scamming people and this site are aware and are still letting them scam people . Please be aware this site will not refund and will scam you . Let's get this site shut down once and for all.

I bought a key using PayPal they took the money and deactivated my account and charged my account. Scam website I am unable to log in and get the key but they took my cash

Tried to cancel an order but the seller just does not respond to any messages, so the payment went through eventually, and i suddenly can't get it refunded anymore?? And the seller is one of their biggest sellers! So it's still full of scammers!

The Seller is not responding, i bought 5 VIP Keys from Thrift Shop. 4 of 5 Keys were used, I paid 17$!!! Don't go to G2A better got to Instant Gaming or MMOGA!

I just bought a random key for 2 eu. I then tried to enter the code where it says someone else has used it. If not I get my money back. Then I won't shop here anymore

Scam site.

Went to robux site, got redirected.
So much is changing everday I assumed just another inconvenience.
Making a claim with mastercard.
Going to advise creditcard company's
Bough roblox card, appeared to be for robux but it was not.

Thought that I should give the shop a try but was disappointed. Payment method and key delivery were fast. No issues here. But get a key for wrong version of the product which is even more expensive than in the store of the origin seller! Was looking for the Heroic Edition and was forwarded to this page. But received only the Base Edition. Seller conversation wasn't helpful or not accommodating.

Went from one of the worst key sites, to the best IMHO.

They used to tack on some shady additional subscription which used to anger many people.

They used to tack on additional costs at checkout.

Now? Totally changed. The price I saw was actually the price I paid. Even when using Paypal. No additional costs.

You also don't get pressured into subscribing for some monthly service.

I now seek out G2A instead of using other key sites.

Long may the good service continue!

Worst CD-KEY company you can buy from. I bought a Kaspersky PLUS Anti-Virus License and when I activated it, it was a Kaspersky Total Security which doesn't included the unlimited VPN and other security features.

I contacted the seller and he was rude and closed the discussion and G2A are acting like bots and send me pre-made messages refusing to help me with the situation.
